At Fully Loaded Chew, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. If the product(s) you purchased are damaged or unusable, then we want to make things right.
Contact info@fullyloadedchew.com for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please include your order number so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.
Please note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
